Socioo.ai – part of DigiSphere Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Last updated: 3rd January, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, and account closures are handled for Socioo.ai (the “Platform”), operated by DigiSphere Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“DigiSphere”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Policy applies to:

  • Free trials and promotional trials (including low-cost trials such as $1 offers),

  • Monthly subscriptions, and

  • Annual subscriptions,

and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions prevail.

By subscribing to, paying for, or using our Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of this Policy:

  • “Platform” / “Services” means the Socioo.ai web-based software and related features provided by DigiSphere Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

  • “Subscription” means a paid access plan to the Platform (monthly or annual).

  • “Billing cycle” means the recurring period for which Subscription fees are charged (e.g., one month or one year).

  • “Trial” means a free or low-cost introductory period (e.g., 7-day, 14-day, 15-day, or $1 trial) that may convert to a paid Subscription if not cancelled in time.

  • “Effective cancellation date” means the date on which your cancellation request is received and processed by us, as described in Section 6.

  • “Refund” means a return of all or part of Subscription fees you have already paid, in accordance with this Policy. Refunds do not include:

    • Bank fees,

    • Currency conversion differences, or

    • Any charges imposed by your payment provider.

2. General Principles

2.1 Advance billing
All Subscription fees are billed in advance for the relevant Billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the price displayed at the time of purchase or renewal.

2.2 No refunds except as described
Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly set out in this Policy or where required by applicable law.

2.3 Currency & taxes
Subscription fees will be charged in the currency and amount shown at checkout. Any taxes (if applicable) will be added as stated at the time of payment.

2.4 Local consumer rights
If consumer protection laws in your country grant you mandatory rights that differ from or add to this Policy, those statutory rights will apply to the extent required by law.

2.5 Contacting support first
If you believe there has been a billing error, double charge, or an issue with your Subscription, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve the issue before you contact your bank or card issuer.

3. Free Trials & Promotional Trial Offers

3.1 Eligibility and activation
From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional trial periods (including low-cost trials such as a $1 introductory period). The specific duration and terms of any Trial will be shown at the time you sign up.

3.2 Conversion to paid Subscription
Unless otherwise stated:

  • When you sign up for a Trial, you may be required to enter valid payment details.

  • If you do not cancel before the Trial ends, your Trial will typically convert automatically into a paid Subscription (monthly or annual, as specified on the offer page), and the applicable Subscription fee will be charged on the first day after the Trial ends.

3.3 Refunds for Trial fees
Any Trial fees (e.g., a $1 promo amount) are non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Genuine billing errors (such as duplicate charges), or

  • Circumstances required by applicable law.

3.4 Data retention after Trial end
After your Trial ends:

  • Your account and its data (including posts, drafts, and analytics) will be retained for up to 7 days after the Trial end date if you do not move into a paid plan.

  • You must publish or schedule any posts no later than 7 days from the Trial end date if you want them to be executed.

  • After this 7-day period, we may permanently delete your data. You are solely responsible for exporting or backing up your content before this time.

3.5 Scheduled posts after Trial
Socioo.ai does not guarantee publishing of posts scheduled beyond the Trial end. As a courtesy, we may attempt to publish posts scheduled within the 7-day retention window. After that period, all data may be permanently deleted with no recovery.

4. Monthly Subscriptions – Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 Monthly billing
If you choose a monthly Subscription, you will be charged once per month in advance on the date you start your Subscription (or the nearest calendar date in subsequent months).

4.2 How cancellation works for monthly plans

  • Your monthly Subscription does not cancel automatically at the end of a month. It continues and auto-renews until you cancel.

  • To cancel, you must follow the steps in Section 6 (“How to Cancel Your Subscription”).

Once your cancellation is processed, it will apply to the current monthly Billing cycle, and refunds (if any) will be handled according to Section 4.3.

4.3 Refund rules for monthly Subscriptions

We apply refunds for monthly Subscriptions based on which day of the Billing cycle you cancel:

  • Day 1–15 (inclusive) of the monthly cycle:
    → You are eligible for a 100% refund of that month’s Subscription fee.

  • Day 16–27 (inclusive) of the monthly cycle:
    → You are eligible for a 50% refund of that month’s Subscription fee.

  • Day 28 onwards of the monthly cycle:
    No refund will be provided for that month’s fee, but you will retain access to the Platform until the end of the paid Billing cycle.

Refunds apply only to the current Billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for previous months where you did not use the service or forgot to cancel.

5. Annual Subscriptions – Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Annual billing
For an annual Subscription, you are billed once per year in advance for 12 months of access.

5.2 How cancellation works for annual plans

  • Your annual Subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual Billing cycle unless you cancel.

  • To cancel, you must follow the steps in Section 6.

  • After cancellation, your access generally continues until the end of the current paid annual term, unless you request earlier closure.

5.3 Refund rules for annual Subscriptions

For each annual Billing cycle:

  • Within 30 days of the annual payment or renewal:
    → You are eligible for a 100% refund of that annual fee.

  • After 30 days and at any time up to the end of the 11th month of the annual term:
    → You are eligible for a pro-rated refund equivalent to one unused month of your annual plan (i.e., a refund equal to one month’s Subscription fee out of the annual payment).

  • During the 12th month of the annual term:
    No refund will be provided, but you will retain access until the end of the already-paid annual period.

Refunds apply only to the current annual term and not to prior years.

6. How to Cancel Your Subscription

6.1 Cancellation method
Currently, we do not provide an in-app cancellation option. To cancel your Subscription:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the same email address associated with your Socioo.ai account;

  2. Clearly state that you wish to cancel your Subscription;

  3. Include your:

    • Full name,

    • Account email, and

    • Whether you are on a monthly or annual plan (if known).

6.2 Effective cancellation date

  • Your cancellation request is deemed received on the date we receive your email.

  • We will process your cancellation as soon as reasonably possible. Once processed, your effective cancellation date will determine which refund rule applies (see Sections 4.3 and 5.3).

6.3 Uninstalling or disconnecting is not cancellation
Uninstalling browser integrations, logging out, or disconnecting your social media accounts from Socioo.ai does not cancel your Subscription or stop billing. You must follow the email cancellation process described above.

7. Effect of Cancellation on Access & Data

7.1 Access after cancellation
Unless otherwise specified:

  • For monthly plans: you will usually retain access to the Platform until the end of the current paid monthly Billing cycle.

  • For annual plans: you will usually retain access until the end of the current paid annual term (unless you request sooner deactivation).

7.2 Data retention after paid cancellation
After your Subscription is cancelled (monthly or annual):

  • Your account data, including posts, drafts, and analytics, will be retained for up to 21 days after the effective cancellation date.

  • After this 21-day period, we may permanently delete all data associated with your account, with no option for recovery.

  • You are solely responsible for exporting or backing up your data before the retention period ends.

7.3 Scheduled posts after cancellation
After the effective cancellation date:

  • Socioo.ai does not assume responsibility for publishing any scheduled posts beyond the end of your paid access.

  • As a courtesy, we may attempt to publish posts that were scheduled within the 21-day retention period after cancellation.

  • After the retention period, all scheduled posts and related data may be permanently deleted and will no longer be executed.

8. Cancellations & Refunds Initiated by Socioo.ai

8.1 Termination where the user is not at fault
If we discontinue the Platform entirely or terminate your Subscription without any fault or breach on your part (for example, if we shut down Socioo.ai as a service):

  • We will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current Billing cycle:

    • For monthly plans: a pro-rated refund based on the remaining unused days in that month;

    • For annual plans: a pro-rated refund based on the remaining full months left in your annual term.

8.2 Termination for violations or abuse
If we suspend or terminate your account because of:

  • Policy violations;

  • Illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior;

  • Security risks or misuse of the Platform;

we may delete your data immediately, and no refunds will be provided for amounts already paid, except where required by law.

9. Non-Payment, Failed Charges & Grace Period

9.1 Failed payments
If a payment for your Subscription fails (for example, due to insufficient funds, card expiration, or bank issues):

  • Our payment processor or gateway may attempt multiple retries and may send reminders or notifications according to their own processes and discretion.

9.2 Grace period
From the first failure on your payment due date, a grace period of up to 15 days may be provided, during which:

  • The payment gateway may retry the charge;

  • You may update your payment method to resolve the issue;

  • Your access may continue or may be temporarily limited, at our discretion.

9.3 Automatic cancellation after grace period
If payment is still not successfully collected after this 15-day grace period:

  • Your Subscription will be considered “to be Cancelled” and will enter the post-cancellation retention period described in Section 7.2.

  • At that point, your account may be suspended, and the 21-day data retention period will start.

9.4 No refunds for non-payment suspensions
If your account is suspended or terminated due to non-payment or repeated failed charges, you are not entitled to any refund for amounts already paid.

You may be able to reactivate your account by bringing your payments up to date and re-subscribing, subject to our then-current plans and pricing.

10. Refund Process & Timelines

10.1 How to request a refund
To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] from the email associated with your Socioo.ai account;

  2. Include:

    • Your full name,

    • Account email,

    • Type of Subscription (monthly or annual), and

    • Reason for the refund request (e.g., cancellation date, billing error, duplicate charge).

10.2 Review & approval
We will review your request against this Policy and applicable law. If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email.

10.3 Refund timing
Once approved:

  • We will initiate the refund using the same payment method used for the original charge where possible.

  • We aim to process approved refunds within a reasonable timeframe. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount back to your account.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, payment processors, or currency conversion.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you dispute a payment directly with your bank or card issuer (e.g., via chargeback) without first contacting us:

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated while we investigate;

  • We reserve the right to challenge or dispute any chargeback that we believe is unjustified, using proof of service, usage, and this Policy.

We strongly encourage you to contact [email protected] before initiating any chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly with you.

12. Items That Are Generally Non-Refundable

Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Trial fees (e.g., $1 or other low-cost intro amounts) are non-refundable, except in the case of billing errors.

  • Charges for past Billing cycles (monthly or annual) where you did not use the service or forgot to cancel are not refundable.

  • Any one-time setup or add-on fees you may agree to in the future (if introduced) will be considered non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time:

  • The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.

  • Where changes are significant, we may provide additional notice (for example, via email or in-app notification), where reasonably practical.

By continuing to use Socioo.ai after an updated version of this Policy comes into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and follow the cancellation process described above.
