      We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our own servers. These are handled by third-party payment processors such as Razorpay.

    • Drafts, posts, captions, and other content you create or manage via the Platform
    • Social media profiles or pages you choose to connect

We only access and process data from third-party platforms as necessary to provide the services you have requested (e.g., scheduling posts, pulling metrics), in line with the permissions you grant.

  • To process Subscription payments and renewals via third-party payment processors (currently including Razorpay)
  • To manage your billing history, refunds (where applicable), and subscription status

  • To analyze usage patterns in an aggregated way so we can refine features, user experience, and reliability

  • Related configuration settings (e.g., tone, length, platform selection), and
  • The output content generated for you (AI-generated drafts and posts).

5.2 No training on your content

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or AI-generated content to train or improve any generalized AI models in a way that would expose your specific content to other users.

We may, however, use aggregated and anonymized statistics (e.g., how often a feature is used, generic error rates) to understand how the Platform is used and to improve performance and reliability.

You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

  • Payment processors (currently including Razorpay, and others we may add in the future)

8.1 General retention

For active accounts, we generally retain data for as long as your account remains active.

8.2 Trial accounts (no paid Subscription)

If you use Socioo.ai on a Trial and do not convert to a paid Subscription:

  • Your account and its content (posts, drafts, analytics) will be retained for up to 7 days after the Trial ends.
  • After this period, we may permanently delete your data.
  • You are responsible for exporting or backing up your content during the retention window.

8.3 Cancelled paid Subscriptions (monthly & annual)

If you cancel a paid Subscription:

  • Your account data (including posts, drafts, and analytics) will be retained for up to 21 days from the effective cancellation date.
  • After this period, we may permanently delete all associated data, with no option for recovery.
  • You are responsible for exporting or backing up your data within this retention period.

8.4 Termination for violations or security reasons

If we suspend or terminate your account due to:

  • Policy violations or illegal content;
  • Abusive behavior or security risks;

we may delete your data immediately when legally permissible, while retaining only such information as we reasonably require for legal, security, or compliance purposes.

8.5 Backups and residual copies

Some of your data may remain in backup or archival copies for a limited period, even after deletion from active systems. These backups are typically retained only for disaster recovery and security purposes and are not used for regular operations.
